At Takemusu Aikido Canterbury we have 2 workshops a year, we have a strong association with Alan Roberts Sensei, from Aikido Seishinkan Auckland. As well as having a busy teaching schedule around New Zealand and in China, Roberts Sensei has a professional practice in Hellerwork Structural Integration. A system of bodywork and movement education designed to align and balance the body in gravity, improving fluidity, efficiency and grace of movement. He has been doing Aikido for over 30 years and holds the rank of Shihan (Aikikai).
If you are attending from out of town and need accommodation we can recommend C Motel, (click this link) it is very good and in walking distance to the dojo.
