Takemusu Aikido Workshops

At Takemusu Aikido Canterbury we have 3 workshops a year, we has a strong association with Alan Roberts Sensei, from Aikido Seishinkan Auckland. As well as a busy teaching schedule in his dojo and around New Zealand, Roberts has a professional practice in Hellerwork Structural Integration, a system of bodywork and movement education designed to align and balance the body in gravity, improving fluidity, efficiency and grace of movement. He has been doing Aikido for over 30 years and is a 6th Dan (Aikikai).
